Flying in the Nude
If you are a naturist and you've been dreaming of starting your vacation as soon as you get on the plane, that will soon be possible... The first nudist plane trip of the online travel agency OssiUrlaub will take off on July 5th, 2008. The flight will take 55 naturists to a one week vacation from the town Erfurt (Eastern Germany) to the Baltic Sea island resort of Usedom. Passengers will be allowed to take their clothes as soon as they get on board, although they will have to get dressed before disembarking. For "security reasons" (says the company) the crew will be fully dressed, and no hot beverages will be served on board. If you are interested, the tickets are already for sale for 499 Euros (more or less $750). Of course, if you are not German, you will first have to travel to Erfurt (East Germany). And if you decide to fly there, remember you have to be fully dressed on THAT flight. PD: You might also want to make sure you pack a seat cover. You wouldn't want to get exposed to all the germs left on the seat by the "fully dressed" people who flew on this place before you :) |

I was fine with this until you got to the no hot beverages part.
What's funny about this is that they will have to be fully clothed to go through security (which so many people find to be too intrusive and revealing) but will then disrobe completely once on board. Guess that shows it's all in your perspective.
